The Marchon Family - '00 Canada

Day 1

St.Gallen, Switzerland - Washington, DC

After a pleasant flight in a Swissair Airbus A330, we landed at Dulles International Airport and were picked up at the airplane door by one of these funny looking shuttles, that took us directly to the immigration section of the terminal building. Having passed through immigration and customes, we took a taxi to our hotel in downtown Washington. The taxi ride was quite adventurous, as the taxi driver zig-zagged through the traffic to bring us to our destination.

Later, we went for our first Starbucks' Coffee and afterwards went to bed early, since we were a little tired from the flight and the time zone difference.
