Day 919 Feb 2000: L'Agulhas - Bredasdorp - Swellendam
To get further east, we had to travel inland a bit, as there is no through road along the coast in this part of the country. Swellendam is about midway between Cape Town and Mossel Bay, commonly recognized as the westernmost point of the area known as the Garden Route. That's where we wanted to go next.
